Overnight Oats and Grits Breakfast Porridge - Treat yourself with a warm breakfast of healthy oats and grits with fruit. Your body will love you for it.

Ingredients
1/4
cup
steel cut oats
1/4
cup
coarse ground cornmeal
2
cups
milk
blueberries
raspberries
honey
optional
Instructions
Divide the milk in 2 cups and add steel cut oats to one cup and the cornmeal to the other.
Stir, cover and refrigerate overnight.
Bring each mixture to a simmer in a small saucepan. Allow to simmer for approx. 15 minutes.
Stir regularly to avoid clumping and burning.
Pour both porridge in a bowl.
Cover with blueberries and raspberries and drizzle with honey (optional)
